A day of mourning has been declared in Odesa and the region on Tuesday in connection with the deaths of 10 people in Monday's missile attack, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, said on the Telegram app.

This is another black day in the history of Odesa, his message reads.

At the moment the number of wounded is 55, three of whom are in very serious condition, said Kiper.
