site.btaInterior Minister: 46 Reports of Election Code Violations Registered So Far Countrywide

Caretaker Interior Minister Kalin Stoyanov Friday told journalists in Kazanlak, Central Bulgaria, that his Ministry had so far received a total of 46 reports of Election Code violations such as vote buying. Some 16 pre-trial proceedings have been initiated. 

According to him, the highest number of reports of such violations is in Burgas region. There have already been such in the Sofia Interior Ministry Directorate, in Yambol and in other regional cities. The Interior Ministry's staff is quite active, Stoyanov added.
