BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party for all constituencies for the June 9 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective party/coalition.

Twenty parties and 11 coalitions have been registered to run in the elections in Sofia’s 26th multi-member constituency.

The order follows the sequential numbers on the ballots, as drawn by the Central Election Commission:

  1. There Is Such a People: Silvi Petrov. Born in 1950. Physician;
  2. Glas Naroden [People's Voice] Party: Slavcho Saykov;
  3. Blue Bulgaria Coalition: Sabi Sabev;
  4. We the Citizens Coalition: Dobri Bozhilov;
  5. No registered list of candidates;
  6. Bulgarian Voice Party: Aleksander Arangelov. Has served as an MP from the Vazrazhdane parliamentary group;
  7. Rose Coalition: Silvia Georgieva;
  8. Centre Coalition: Dobrin Dobrev
  9. Bulgarian Solidarity Coalition: Stoycho Galabov;
  10. Edinenie [Unity] Party: Petar Petrov;
  11. Bulgarian National Alliance (BNO) Party: Gancho Nikolov;
  12. Vazrazhdane Party: Angel Slavchev. Born in 1982. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Sofia’s Management, Trade and Marketing College and Master’s degrees in Business Economics from the Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv and in Cybersecurity from the G. S. Rakovski National Defence College. Entrepreneur;
  13. Morality, Unity, Honour (MECh) Party: Georgi Chepishev. Born in 1975. Technical Engineer. MP in the 46th National Assembly from There Is Such a People. Works in the energy sector.
  14. Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria Coalition: Aleksander Simidchiev. Expert in pulmonary diseases, internal medicine, and health management. Has worked as a chief medical officer at one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Canada. Heads the functional diagnostics department of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical Institute of the Interior Ministry. MP in the 45th, 46th, 47th and 48th National Assemblies; 
  15. The Truth and Nothing but the Truth People's Party: Nedyalko Tanev;
  16. Bulgarian Rise Party: Lalo Kirilov. Born in 1983. Economist. MP in the 49th National Assembly from BSP for Bulgaria; 
  17. Civic Bloc Coalition: Vesela Draganova. Leader of the Party of Bulgarian Women. MP in the 39th and 40th National Assemblies. Holds a degree in Pedagogy from the St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia;
  18. Society for New Bulgaria Party: Adiel Ilieva;
  19. The Left! Coalition: Danail Georgiev;
  20. Party of the Greens: Vasko Yotov. Born in 1962. Graduated from the Faculty of Geology and Geography of the St Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia. Expert in the tourism sector;
  21. Here We Come Party: Stanislav Gotev;
  22. GERB-UDF Coalition (Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) and Union of Democratic Forces (UDF)): Mladen Marinov. Born in 1973. Graduated in Law from the Neofit Rilski South-West University in Blagoevgrad. Holds a Master's degree from the Academy of the Interior Ministry. Has served at the Interior Ministry since 1991, including as Secretary General, 2017-2018, and Interior Minister, 2018-2020;
  23. Bulgarian National Union New Democracy Party: Petar Videnov;
  24. BSP for Bulgaria Coalition: Ivan Chenchev. Born in 1976. Journalist. Deputy floor leader of BSP for Bulgaria in the 49th National Assembly. MP in the 42nd, 44th, 45th, 46th, 47th, and 48th National Assemblies;
  25. Velichie [Grandeur] Party: Viktoria Vassileva. Born in 1971. Economist. MP in the 38th National Assembly;
  26. VMRO-Bulgarian National Movement Party: Bogomil Brankov. Born in 1986. Graduated in Technology and Transport Management from the Todor Kableshkov University of Transport. Member of the Elin Pelin Municipal Council;
  27. Direct Democracy Party: Petar Klisarov. Born in 1968. Graduated from George Brawn College in Toronto, the Toronto School of Business, and the St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia. Representative of Atomic Energy of Canada, 2001-2005. AECOM Director General for Bulgaria, 2006-2011. Founder of the Reform party (2005), later Direct Democracy; 
  28. Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) Party: Tsvetan Enchev. Born in 1971. Legal expert. MP in the 45th and 46th National Assemblies;
  29. Green Movement Party: Aleksander Dunchev. Born in 1979. Graduated from the University of Forestry. Expert at WWF, 2012-2017. MP in the 47th and 48th National Assemblies. Executive Forests Agency Executive Director in 2021; Has been working at the Southwest State Enterprise in Blagoevgrad since 2017;
  30. Party for Great Bulgaria: Kamen Popov;
  31. Bulgarian Union for Direct Democracy (BSDD): Valeri Venkov. Economist. Graduated in Accounting and Control from the University of National and World Economy. Holds a Master's degree in International Business Administration from the European Higher School of Economics and Management in Plovdiv. Has extensive experience in the management of projects and budgets;
  32. Neutral Bulgaria Coalition: Radko Handzhiev
