The conditions for tourism in the mountains are relatively good, the Mountain Rescue Service of the Bulgarian Red Cross (MRC) told BTA.

The mountain service warned that the weather is expected to deteriorate in the afternoon. The warning applies mainly to the central parts of the Balkan where fog and strong winds are expected.

The recommendation to tourists is to descend earlier from the higher parts of the mountain, as well as to be well equipped.

No incidents with tourists have been registered in the last 24 hours.
