12 Athletes to Represent Bulgaria at Balkan Junior Gymnastics Championships

Twelve athletes will represent Bulgaria at the Balkan Junior Gymnastics Championships in Sofia September 19-21. They were selected after a test, which took place Thursday in Sofia's Rakovski Hall.

The line-up at the 12-14 years brackets includes Boris Karadzhinov (CSKA), Mikhail Boyanin (CSKA), Viktor Valchev (National Sport Academy), Martin Manoilov (Levski). The 14-16 age group includes Borislav Zhekov (Intercom Group Chernomorski Yunak), Nicholas Nakov (Levski Spartak), Radoslav Chaushev (Intercom Group Chernomorski Yunak), Nikola Todorov (CSKA). And finally, the 17-year-olds include Lyubomir Stanoev (Lyubcho Solachki), Nasko Mikov (Pirin 2011), Stoyan Getov (Intercom Group Chernomorski Yunak) and Radoslav Yotov (Spartak Plovdiv).

Sixteen gymnasts participated in the selection. 

Athletes from 10 countries have submitted entries for the Balkan Games.
