Bulgaria finished 26th in the 2024 Summer Olympics medal table. Bulgarian athletes registered their best Olympic performance since Sydney 2000, winning three gold, one silver and three bronze medals in Paris.

In comparison, Bulgaria finished 30th in Tokyo 2020, 54th in Rio 2016, 51st in London 2012, 40th in Beijing 2008, and 33rd in Athens 2004.

In Paris, Bulgaria ranked 15th among all European countries and 11th among EU counties.

A total of 46 Bulgarian athletes competed in 15 types of sports in Paris.

The Olympic champions are wrestlers Semen Novikov in the men's 87 kg Greco-Roman and Magomed Ramazanov in the men's 86 kg freestyle, plus weightlifter Karlos Nasar in the men's 89 kg.

In rhythmic gymnastics, Boryana Kaleyn placed second in the individual all-around.

Three third places were also achieved, by Kimia Alizadeh in the women's 57 kg taekwondo, weightlifter Bozhidar Andreev in the men's 73 kg, and boxer Javier Ibanez in the men's 57 kg.
