site.btaUnion of Bulgarian Artists Hosts Exhibition by Yulian Stankulov

The Union of Bulgarian Artists is hosting an exhibition by Yulian Stankulov from December 20 to January 15, 2025, the event's organizers said.

This is Stankulov's second exhibition from his Dreams Are Personal series. Subtitled Verso, it is inspired by Isaac Asimov’s science fiction short story of the same name. 

Stankulov received his training in painting at the Iliya Petrov National School of Fine Arts, the National Academy of Art, Kent State’s School of Art (US), and Mimar Sinan University (Turkiye). He holds a Doctor of Fine Arts degree in Painting from the National Academy of Art. In recent years, Stankulov has experimented with various techniques and forms of painting, sculpture, video, and photography. He has taken part in numerous national and international exhibitions and projects. He is currently a Chief Assistant Professor in Painting at the National Academy of Art and Creative Director at Art Laboratory.
