Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna are joining the celebrations of Charlie Chaplin's 135th anniversary with the concert-performance Chaplin Pianissimo, the organizers announced.

Berlin, London, Geneva, Paris and New York are just some of the cities where there will be screenings of his films accompanied by an orchestra.

The Chaplin's World Museum in Vevey, Switzerland, has prepared a special programme for visitors, and travelling exhibitions will be shown in Spain, Italy, Belgium, Denmark and the US.

The Chaplin Pianissimo project will be presented on June 10 in Bulgaria Hall, on June 12 in the Ancient Theatre, Plovdiv, and on June 15 in the Festival Complex, Varna, as part of the Varna Summer International Theatre Festival.
