site.btaBSP-United Left Co-Floor Leader Zafirov Says His Party Received Invitation for Talks from GERB-UDF between Dec. 16-20

BSP-United Left Co-Floor Leader Atanas Zafirov told journalists on Friday that his party had received an invitation by GERB-UDF for expert talks on issues concerning Bulgarian society and seeking a solution to find support for a government that would solve the country's major issues. The indicated period for the talks to take place is between December 16 and 20. 

Zafirov explained that the issue will be discussed at 1:00 pm at a meeting of the Executive Bureau of the BSP, and on Sunday at a meeting of the party's National Council and then at a meeting of the Coalition Council.

He noted that the relevant decisions will be taken and a team will be appointed to participate in the talks. 

Atanas Zafirov confirmed the intention of the BSP - United Left to participate in talks on an expert government.

Earlier in the day, GERB leader Boyko Borissov said that invitations would be sent to Democratic Bulgaria, BSP-United Left and There Is Such a People, those parties that have said they would participate in talks on government formation.
