A high-tech drug greenhouse was busted in a police raid in Sofia, the Interior Ministry said on Monday. 

There are two detainees, 31 and 32 years old, with criminal records.

The greenhouse is located in a three-storey house. According to preliminary data from the inspection, about 1.5 kilogrammes of leaf mass was found.

Seven kilogrammes of the drug, distributed in two bags, were found in the car of one of the detainees. He was arrested in the residential area of Lozenets.

250 plants were found in the house where the greenhouse was operating with a complete cycle. The technology of the greenhouse allowed to measure humidity and temperature. 

The other man who had been taking care of the plants was arrested on the spot in the house.
