Bulgarian Solidarity Coalition leader Vanya Grigorova held a meeting with citizens in Stara Zagora on Friday, the coalition said in a press release.

Grigorova stressed that the Maritsa East energy complex is of fundamental importance for Bulgaria's energy sovereignty. "We will do the impossible to preserve the complex not as a museum, but as a key energy enterprise for Bulgaria," she told the coalition’s supporters in Stara Zagora.

In Grigorova’s words, the Green Deal and Bulgaria’s recovery and resilience plan should be renegotiated.
