Phone Scammers Arrested in Bulgaria and Greece
Three people who have been involved in telephone fraud have been arrested in Bulgaria and Greece, the Bulgarian Interior Ministry reported on Wednesday. The arrests were made by Bulgaria's National Police in cooperation with the authorities in the Greek city of Thessaloniki.
