National Ombudsman Diana Kovacheva insisted that the state should take urgent actions to financially support household customers of natural gas and heating companies, using natural gas as fuel to heat residential buldings. This transpires from a letter from the Ombudsman to caretaker Prime Minister Galab Donev and Energy Minister Rossen Hristov, Kovacheva’s press office said on Thursday.
