Traffic is normal at the border crossing checkpoints on Wednesday morning, Border Police said. 

On the border with Turkiye, crossing through Malko Tarnovo is carried out on one route during the reconstruction of the checkpoint.  

Traffic is normal at all checkpoints with Serbia and North Macedonia.

On the border with Greece, construction works are taking place on the Greek side of the Rudozem - Xanthi checkpoint. The Greek authorities have posted signs indicating that the area is a construction site and no outsiders are allowed to enter the site.

Only cars and vans up to 3.5 tonnes are allowed to pass through the border crossings in the area of Makaza, Zlatograd, and Ivaylovgrad.

On the border with Romania, since January 8, the works on the overhaul of the Bulgarian section of the Danube Bridge at Ruse have been resumed, which is why a temporary traffic organization has been introduced, with traffic in one lane with a pass-through regime and regulated by the employees of the contractor.
