site.btaPresident Radev to Meet Visiting North Macedonia Counterpart Siljanovska-Davkova Friday

President Rumen Radev will be meeting with the head of State of the Republic of North Macedonia, Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, on September 13, said the President's Press Secretariat Thursday. Siljanovska-Davkova will be visiting on the occasion of the Sofia tour of the Skopje National Opera and Ballet, which will be performing Nabucco at the Sofia Opera and Ballet.

Siljanovska’s office announced in Skopje earlier on Thursday that North Macedonia's Foreign Minister Timčo Mucunski will also be part of the delegation traveling to Sofia and will also be joined by Culture Minister Zoran Ljutkov. Asked about the expectations from Siljanovska's visit to Sofia, the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Hristijan Mickoski, said: "The policy of my government is one of good neighbourly relations, and there should be no doubt about that." He added: "Our motto is that we do not want what is not ours, but we do not give away what is ours. Building good neighbourly relations is a European value."
