An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 was registered on Wednesday in Hatay Province, Southern Turkiye, Turkish state TV TRT Haber reported.
The epicenter of the earthquake was in the area of the local city of Samandag at a depth of 6.02 km below the earth's surface, the h Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) said.
The earthquake was registered at 10:37 am Bulgarian time.
Hatay Province was the most affected area by the devastating earthquakes on February 6, 2023, when thousands died and hundreds of thousands were left homeless.
