No unusual phenomena have been recorded as regards the quality of the water in Romania's territorial waters in the Black Sea after the Kakhovka Dam breach in Ukraine on June 6, the Romanian Ministry of Environment, Water and Forests said in its daily report published on its website on Tuesday.
