Cincinnati, Ohio, August 16 (BTA) - Bulgaria's Grigor Dimitrov
advanced to the third round of the 5.7 million dollar Cincinnati
 Masters after a hard won 7-6(5), 7-5 against Germany's Mischa
Zverev in 101 minutes on Thursday.

Zverev, 30, who is ranked 44th in the world, has a record of
four defeats in four matches against Dimitrov.

Next, the fifth seed Bulgarian will face 10th-seeded Serb Novak
Djokovic, 31. The 13-times Grand Slam champion has an 8-1 lead
in matches against Dimitrov.

The Bulgarian, who is defending Cincinnati champion, added 90
points to his world ranking and 70,925 dollars to his bank
account for reaching the third round in the 2018 tournament.
