site.btaNational Statistical Institute Reports 5.1% Annual Increase in Construction Output in Bulgaria for September

In September 2024, the production index in Construction increased by 0.4% compared to the previous month, according to a preliminary and seasonally adjusted data by the Bulgarian National Statistical Institute (NSI).

An increase was seen in the production of specialized construction activities and in the building construction - both by 0.5%, and in the production of civil engineering - by 0.2%.

The calendar-adjusted data showed an increase of 5.1% in the construction production compared to the same month of 2023. Specialized construction activities rose by 10.2%, civil engineering - by 6.0%, and construction of buildings - by 0.3%.
