The There Is Such a People (TISP) party will return the third government-forming mandate to President Rumen Radev on Monday, said the leader of the formation Slavi Trifonov in a Facebook post on Sunday.

On Friday, TISP MPS met with the representatives of Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB) and of Vazrazhdane.

CC-DB stated that they will inform their collective bodies and make a decision on the third mandate. During their talks with TISP, CC-DB focused on judicial reform, need to limit the powers of the Prosecutor General, as well as healthcare, education, defence.

Vazrazhdane leader Kostadin Kostadinov, said that his party cannot participate in a government in which there are representatives of GERB and the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF).

During TISP's the talks with BSP for Bulgaria, the two political forces managed to find common ground in the urgent need to form a regular cabinet.

TISP aslo reached an agreement with MRF MPs no longer members of Delyan Peevski's parliamentary group. After the meeting, Stanislav Balabanov commented that the support for a cabinet had reached 48 people.
