Sofia, September 28 (BTA) - When wrong parameters have initially
been set in a budget, it should be updated, President Rosen
Plevneliev told journalists on Sunday commenting on the budget
update prepared by the caretaker Cabinet. In his opinion, wrong
parameters have initially been included in the budget on
purpose, which makes its update even more necessary. The true
figures in the state were not publicized at the beginning of the
year and they were deliberately replaced with incorrect ones.

Today, the incumbents do nothing more than telling the truth:
2,000 million more revenues were planned but they were
unrealistic. At the same time, the targeted expenditures were
deliberately increased by an equal amount and were disbursed.
They conveniently planned higher revenues, so as to be able to
conveniently incur more expenditures, the head of State
concluded.

Plevneliev took part in the "Read with Me" campaign held under
