Sofia, November 10 (BTA) - Parliament voted 121-85 to elect Kiril Ananiev Health Minister.  Ananiev, who was deputy finance minister until now, is replacing Nikolai Petrov who resigned amid a scandal over the controversial award of public procurement contracts during his tenure as head of the Military Medical Academy in Sofia.
