Sofia, August 12 (BTA) - Former Customs Agency  Director Vanyo Tanov has been appointed to this position again, effective from August 13, Finance Minister Roumen Porozhanov told a news conference here Tuesday.
   
Tanov headed the Customs Agency in 2009 at the start of the government tenure of GERB, and was fired in 2013 by then Finance Minister Petar Chobanov of the Socialist-supported government of Plamen Oresharski.
 
An analysis of the revenue agencies done by the Finance Ministry has found out that the Customs Agency is responsible for the most significant shortfall in revenue, Porozhanov said.

He added that the resignation of Customs Agency Director Pavel Tonev will be signed later on Tuesday.
