Roumen Radev: "I Voted
for Bulgaria's Own
Good"

Sofia, November 13 (Teodora Tsaneva of BTA) - "I voted for
Bulgaria's own good," presidential candidate Roumen Radev said
after casting her ballot in Sunday's runoff.

"I believe we conducted an ethical campaign, from start to
finish," Radev said, adding that therefore the moral victory is
in the bag but the political outcome depends on everyone's vote.

Radev cautioned against complacency. "The Bulgarian citizens
should go to the polls today, we should hail a legitimately
elected president and that depends on all of us," he said.

Asked if he expected Prime Minister Boyko Borissov to resign,
Radev said the head of government is pretty good at
self-analysis. "We have had our fair share of forecasters during
these elections, including at government level, let's see the
results," he replied when asked if he is ready to put together a
 care-taker cabinet.

Taking a question from a foreign media, Radev replied that he
hopes the elections are really positive and that they bring a
new future to the country and its people. NZ
