Bulgaria’s Ambassador in Amman Metin Kazak has conferred with the President of the Economic and Social Council of Jordan, Musa Shteiwi, the Bulgarian Embassy in the country said on Facebook.

Kazak and Shteiwi discussed opportunities for cooperation between the Economic and Social Councils of Bulgaria and Jordan with the participation of the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation.

The sides highlighted the importance of exchanging experience in optimizing the dialogue between governments and civil society during socio-economic policy-making and of sharing good practices in the process of drafting, adopting, and implementing legislation in this area in both countries.
