The grandchildren of renowned Bulgarian composer Pancho Wladigeroff - Ekaterina, Alexander, and Konstantin - today perform on the music stage of Vienna. Their Wladigeroff Trio is an emblematic formation in the Austrian capital's contemporary cultural life, and their story is told in the documentary For the Greatest and Little Things, the Education and Science Ministry said Wednesday.

The short documentary was made by the Bulgarian language unit at the University of Vienna and is part of the Education Ministry's The Untold Stories of Bulgarians initiative. The goal is to study the traces of Bulgarians around the globe by researching their kins' stories and details about the life and activity of worthy Bulgarians. It is directed at Bulgarian state and Sunday schools abroad as well as at students from foreign universities studying the Bulgarian language, literature, and culture. They can present their untold stories in the form of tales, films, photos, and others.

For the Greatest and Little Things recreates the continuity in a family of musicians from the time of Pancho Wladigeroff and his establishment as a significant composer in the 1920s and 1930s, drawing a parallel with his descendants in the present moment.
