A summer academy for teachers from the network of Bulgarian Sunday schools abroad was held between 16 and 18 July 2024 in Sofia, said Kamelia Konakchieva of the Bulgarian language schools association in Paris, France.  

The three-day summer forum was organized by the Center for Educational Initiatives and hosted by the 51st Elisaveta Bagriana Secondary School in Sofia. 

The panels, part of the academy, were united under the motto "Innovation in Education: Transformations and Practices in Bulgarian Sunday Schools", and the program covered a wide range of topics related to digital transformation in education.

The main focus during the teachers' forum was on hybrid teaching, the use of artificial intelligence in language learning, the creation of personalized educational content and data analytics in learning management systems.
