A charity concert to raise funds for the orphaned children of fallen members of the Spanish Civil Guard was held at Teatro Monumental de Madrid on October 28 under the baton of Bulgarian conductor Rossen Milanov, the Bulgarian Embassy in Madrid said on its website. Milanov holds a Culture Ministry’s gold for the promotion and dissemination of Bulgarian culture around the world.

"Under the baton of the Bulgarian maestro, the Spannish Philharmonic Orchestra performed works by the world-famous composer Pyotr Tchaikovsky. Guests of honour at the event were Community of Madrid President Isabel Diaz Ayuso and Bulgarian Ambassador to Spain Aleksey Andreev who congratulated Maestro Milanov on his outstanding conducting," the publication said.
