Comodoro Rivadavia (February 24, 2025) The National University of Patagonia San Juan Bosco in Comodoro Rivadavia hosted an academic and cultural event, which brought together representatives of Bulgaria and Argentina. A meeting was held between Prof. Christo Pimpirev, Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski Rector Prof. Dr Georgi Valchev, National University of Patagonia San Juan Bosco Rector Prof. Lidia Blanco. A screening of a documentary and a book presentation took place at the university, and an exhibition was also arranged. The programme was closed with a gala that featured Bulgarian folk songs and dances performed by members of the Bulgarian society in Comodoro Rivadavia, and traditional Argentine dances by local performers.
