site.btaCSKA Presents New Coach Dusan Kerkez

The professional football club CSKA presented Wednesday their new manager Dusan Kerkez. Kerkez has signed a contract for a one plus one year.

At a news briefing held by the club, the former Bosnian football player said that he was first contacted by the club management last Sunday. "The last couple of years have not been the best for CSKA in terms of results. Fresh blood is needed, new players. There are strong individual players but football is a team sport - it is not tennis. We have clear goals. It won't be easy. From Day One, I see the ambition of the management," he said. He said he would not make promises other than that he would work hard.

He also said, "Everybody in the Balkans know what kind of team CSKA is. I come with respect and gratitude that I am being trusted".
