site.btaBulgarian Athletes Win Silver, Bronze at Judo European Cup 2025

Bulgarian judokas Aleksa Georgieva and Snezhana Gramatikova won medals at the Judo European Cup 2025 in Podgorica, Montenegro.

Georgieva earned a silver medal in the -52 kg category after losing to Turkiye's Buketnur Karabulut in the final. 

Gramatikova won bronze in the -57kg category. She lost her semi-final match against Serbian Dilbara Salkarbek Kizi but scored a victory in the tie for the third place against Liechtenstein's Lea Wyss. 

Lyuboslav Grigorov finished seventh in the -60kg category.
