Bulgaria's Sasha Vezenkov is the highest-paid basketball player in the Euroleague. As a member of Greece's Olympiacos, Vezenkov boasts the top-priced contract in Europe (based on before-tax earnings), according to a ranking by Eurohoops.net.

The most important player in the Euroleague in the 2022/2023 season has returned from an NBA stint holding one of the most lucrative contracts in the Euroleague's history, ensuring that he receives almost the same net pay as he would get if he stayed in North America.

The Bulgarian will be paid USD 4.1 million per season, now that he is back in his former club, Eurohoops.net says.
