Bulgaria's duo Dimitar Kalchev/Dimitar Mehandzhiyski snagged the silver at the Beach Volleyball Balkan Championship, taking place in Chisinau from September 13 to 15, the federation said on Sunday. Competing were 12 men's and 9 women's teams from Moldova, Turkiye, Greece, Kosovo, Romania, and Bulgaria.
Kalchev/Mehandzkiyski won the silver after losing to Turkiye's Mermer/Kurt with 1-2 (15-21, 21-18, 9-15).
