Bulgaria's highest ranked female tennis player Viktoriya Tomova lost the final of the WTA 125 clay tournament in Valencia on Sunday. Tomova, who was the top seed, lost to Ann Li 3:6, 4:6 in 78 minutes. Prior, she had scored four successive victories.

World No. 69 Tomova earned 81 ranking points and EUR 6,960. She thus collected a total of 1,05 points and from Monday will be ranked as No. 63 in the world.

Tomova has qualified for the Olympic Games in Paris.
