Ivan Penchev won a second bronze medal at the U23 Canoe Sprint European Championships in Montemor-o-Velho on Sunday. The Bulgarian finished third in the Final A at the K1 U23 Men 500 discipline with a time of 1:43.210 minutes.
The champion was Norway’s Gunnar Eide with a result of 1:42.404 minutes, while the silver medal went to Hungarian Hunor Hidvegi with the same result as Eide.
On Saturday, Penchev won bronze in the Final A at the K1 U23 Men 1000 discipline.
