On Wednesday, October 1, Bulgarian Posts resumed accepting letters, documents and postcards for the United States but stopped accepting deliveries for Canada, the national postal operator said in a press release.
Any further update about accepting parcels for the US will be published on the Bulgarian Posts website.
The company suspended all postal deliveries to the US on August 26 due to plans of the US administration to change customs rules.
All deliveries for Canada were suspended on Wednesday, October 1, amid a postal workers’ strike in Canada, which began on September 25.
Any further update about services to Canada will also be published on the Bulgarian Posts website.
