The average monthly contributory income for the country in September was BGN 1666.05 the National Social Security Institute said on Thursday. The monthly contributory income for the country for the period between November 1, 2023 and October 31, 2024, was BGN 1623.32.

The determined average monthly contributory income for the country for the specified period is used in calculating the amounts of the newly granted pensions in the month of November 2024, added the National Insurance Institute.

The amount of the average monthly contributory income for the month of September 2024 was BGN 1668.70, the National Social Security Institute said.
