site.btaSofia Airport Handled 5,920 Flights in September with London as Most Frequent Destination

In September, Sofia Airport handled 5,920 flights to 102 destinations in 38 countries, serviced by 40 airlines, the airport announced on its Facebook page. 

The five most frequent destinations to which passengers travelled from Sofia in September were London, Vienna, Frankfurt, Milan and Istanbul. 

In August, Sofia Airport handled 5,962 flights, and the most frequent destinations were almost the same - London, Frankfurt, Vienna and Milan, with Munich completing the top five.
