site.btaNew Rules for Publication of Information on System for Electronic Budget Payments

Meeting on Monday, the government amended the rules on the order, manner, timing, and scope of publishable information from the System for Electronic Budget Payments (SEBRA), the government press office said.

Every quarter, a list of information on individual payments made with a value equal to or exceeding BGN 5,000 initiated with budget funds and finalized in SEBRA will be published on the Open Data Portal.

Exceptions are payments for salaries and social security contributions, as well as other payments to individuals.

The decision specifies the data to be published and provides for anonymization to ensure the protection of personal data.
