The German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GBCIC) is organizing a conference entitled " Experts and Talents for Sustainable Business Development" at 10:00 a.m. and an expo with companies at 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, the Chamber said.

Among the topics to be discussed at the forum are the challenges related to the shortage of staff and their possible solutions. The event is part of the 2023-2024 initiatives under the GBCIC's focus theme - "Experts and Talents for Prosperity and Growth".

The conference will also address issues in the areas of human resources, recruitment, retention and development of staff, employer branding, employment law, etc. During the exhibition various companies will present their latest products, services, innovations, career opportunities and projects in the field of sustainable development.
