In the fourth quarter of 2022, the seasonally adjusted general government deficit to GDP ratio stood at 4.5% in the EU and at 4.7% in the euro area, Eurostat reported on Friday. In the last quarter of 2022, Bulgaria registered a budget surplus of 0.9% of GDP.
