site.btaPostal Workers to Get 19% Pay Raise

Postal workers will get a 19% pay raise under an agreement that was signed Tuesday by the management of Bulgarian Posts AD and the two trade unions that have chapters in the company, Podkrepa Labour Confederation and the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria (CITUB). The agreement was made public by Podkrepa on its web site. It was signed in the presence of Transport and Communications Minister Hristo Aleksiev and the leaders of Podkrepa and CITUB, Dimitar Manolov and Plamen Dimitrov.
