The Chiren natural gas storage facility is currently 42% full and is being filled up at a rate of around 1% every two days, the head of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC), Stanislav Todorov, told Bulgarian National TV. If the current rate is maintained, the gas storage facility could be completely full by the end of October, he added.
