site.btaSocial Security Institute Greenlights 2026 Public Social Insurance Budget Bill

The Supervisory Board of the National Social Security Institute (NSSI) approved the 2026 public social insurance budget bill at a meeting on Monday, the NSSI press office said. The bill sets out the parameters for the social insurance policies planned for next year in Bulgaria.

Within the powers vested in them by the Social Insurance Code, the Supervisory Board familiarized itself with the bill and supported the proposals made.

The public social insurance budget scheme is to be coordinated within the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation before it is approved by the Council of Ministers and put to a definitive vote in the National Assembly.
