site.btaBulgarian News Agency to Be Presented at Bulgaria across Five Oceans Forum in Sofia

The Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) will participate with its own information stand at the career forum Bulgaria across Five Oceans, which will take place on June 14, at Inter Expo Centre in Sofia. The event is organized by the Bulgaria Wants You platform.

At the BTA stand, visitors will be able to get acquainted with the Agency’s publications, including issues of the LIK magazine and books dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the establishment of the national news agency. The 20th World Meeting of Bulgarian Media, organized by BTA, will also be presented at the exhibition. This year’s media forum took place on May 24 and 25 in Sofia, the Klisura Monastery and the town of Varshets.

BTA will also present the activity of its BG World section, where news from Bulgarians around the world and for Bulgarians around the world is published.

Over the past three years, BTA has become visible in its cooperation with Bulgarian media around the world, one of the main sources of over 8,000 news items about Bulgarians abroad in 2024.

The Bulgaria across Five Oceans career forum, organized by the Bulgaria Wants You platform, will be officially opened on Saturday at the Inter Expo Centre in Sofia. In 2025, the event will have a renewed vision, an expanded concept and a larger scale. Two main stages are planned, titled “Success and Lessons” and “Leaders of Change”, with independent programmes in which Bulgarians with professional achievements in our country and abroad, representatives of business, institutions and the non-governmental sector will participate, the organizers indicated.
