Talking to journalists in Parliament's lobby on Wednesday, Velichie leader Ivelin Mihaylov said that State structures must be optimised, and it must be determined which ones are necessary. According to him, the closure of the Executive Agency for Automobile Administration could be considered, given the automation of some of its processes, as is the case with the road toll system.

According to Mihaylov, there is corruption at Automobile Administration, but certainly less than in any other institution. He reiterated that the most corruption was found in institutions linked to MRF - New Beginning leader Delyan Peevski and GERB leader Boyko Borissov.

Mihaylov believes that the two goals set by the government - to tackle water shortages and reduce prices - cannot be achieved. In his words, incompetent people are appointed in the water sector, so "the pipes will leak like a watering can and there will never be any water that remains."

Mihaylov said the same thing about prices in shops. According to him, when there is an oligarchic model and no free market economy, all production and distribution is controlled by certain oligarchs. People who cannot optimise processes are appointed, which raises prices, he argued.
