Foggy in the morning hours. Light south-southeasterly wind. Lows will be between 1C and 6C. Highs: between 7C and 12C. The lowest temperature in Sofia will be abouit 4C and the highest will be about 8C. 

The Black Sea coast: Mostly cloudy, almost no precipitation. Light to moderate southeasterly wind. Highs: between 7C and 9C. Seawater temperature: 5C-6C. Sea waves: 2-3 degrees Douglas. 

The mountains: Cloudy with light rain, snow above 1,500 metres. Moderate westerly wind. Highs: at 1,200 metres about 5C, at 2,000 metres about minus 1C.
