site.btaDeputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev to Head Economic Analysis Council

At its regular meeting on Wednesday, the Council of Ministers appointed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Innovation and Growth Tomislav Donchev as Chair of the Council for Economic Analyses. The Council was established in 2023 in implementation of a key stage of reform envisaged in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

The Council’s members include representatives of the academic community, including from prestigious international universities. The Council has advisory functions to assist state authorities in the process of making strategic and long-term economic decisions.
