The Black Sea coast: Mostly cloudy, with isolated rain showers. Strong north-northwesterly wind. Highs: 3C – 6C. Sea water temperatures: 8C – 9C. 

The mountains: Significant cloud cover, with some clear spells over Western Bulgaria before noon. Isolated light snow showers. Strong north-northwesterly wind. Highs: around minus 3C at 1,200 metres, around minus 10C at 2,000 metres.
