Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB) top-of-the-list candidate in Razgrad Dzhipo Dzhipov Wednesday said, as quoted by the formation's local election headquarters: "At these elections we have to decide together, as a community, what our direction is: towards modernization, or back towards the Third World. If we want to live like Europeans, we should vote and give trust to people who can change Bulgaria."

Dzhipov believes that conscience voting is the only way out of the political crisis. "Voting is a political act, but this act is not in the hands of politicians. Citizens hold this key to change. I cannot and do not want to force anyone to vote. But I can confidently say: it is not true that voting does not change anything," the leader of the CC-DB list in Razgrad said.
According to him, disgusted with what is happening, many think that by not voting they are punishing those who are doing the outrages. "It is the opposite - by their passivity they allow them to get power with bought votes and thus punish not them, but themselves. Friends, do not let others capture your future. Do not let them steal your dreams. Believe me, it is up to us to change Ludogorie," Dzhipov urged.
